Lexicon Labs: A Game-Changing Story in Customer Support

How It All Began
In April 2024, two old friends — Igor and Danil— decided it was time to change the rules in the world of customer support. It all started when an American client in the drops-hipping business asked us to create something truly useful. His employees kept making mistakes in customer support, and we thought: how can people get so confused over such simple tasks? People should focus on creative work, not on answering the same questions again and again.
In May, our first clients — 2bminer and Lusq — came on board. Working with them showed us that the problems businesses face are not unique; they affect the entire AI industry. By the summer, after successfully completing projects with 2bminer and Lusq, we realized there are two big issues in AI that aren’t easy to solve: memory problems and hallucinations. Naturally, we jumped in to tackle them.
Our Philosophy
At Lexicon Labs, we don’t start with aggressive marketing or big promises. First, we study how businesses feel about AI, what real tasks and pain points they have. We don’t push ourselves on anyone. Instead, we quietly but steadily gather experience and knowledge. It’s all about context — about the “lexicon,” the way people communicate with each other. That’s our philosophy: listen, learn, and help right when it’s needed.

New Partnerships and Team Expansion
We don’t stop at what we’ve achieved. Together with our partners, we continue to break new ground in the AI world. Technology partners like Heygen, ElevenLabs, and Mistral strengthen our tech base.
In November 2024, we realized we needed not just a financial partner, but also one who could help us with networking and testing our ideas in real-world practice. That’s why we were delighted to welcome our new co-owner, RainbowJet, into the team. Their professional expertise and connections have opened up new possibilities for us, and we’re thrilled they’re now part of our journey.
